When we started Alheza Properties we wanted to try and avoid some of the tricks and stunts that unscrupulous agents often employed with us during our search. This code of conduct is our promise to you.
- Property details supplied for the web or offline are as accurate as possible.
- Details should include any obvious failings, such as poor state of reform, missing/imperfect deeds and lack of utilities.
- We must not be overly optimistic about major issues with a property such as connection of utilities, repair of structural faults, obtaining planning permission, correcting imperfect deeds etc
- If a property has sold or the price has changed this should be updated on the website within a reasonable timeframe.
- When a client is taken to view properties they should only be shown properties that they have asked to see.
- When a client has laid down definite requirements (e.g. amount of land, length of track) they should not be pressured to see properties that fail to meet them.
- We should respond courteously and efficiently to all client enquiries and requests for information.
